I have loved and bought Papyrus Christmas cards for over 10 years and these boxed sets are no exception. Amazon offers them at a great price of just over one dollar per card/envelope and you just can’t beat that. I ordered the metallic tree with garland and it’s gorgeous. The only thing to note is that it comes with a white card lined in silver (not the red card shown in photo listing). I actually prefer the white envelope, it creates a monotone effect that is so classy. I know my friends and family will love receiving this card along with my heartfelt message! I was standing in the Walgreens earlier today wondering if I should have opted for the less expensive cards available there. These Papyrus cards were already ordered from Amazon due to arrive today anyway, so I walked by the less expensive cards. The Papyrus cards definitely didn't disappoint. There are cards and then there are cards. This is the latter. Heft to the paper, beautifully lined envelopes. Yes they are a bit pricey but they are also a cut above. Perhaps not for acquaintances but definitely for your special loved ones.

The design and quality of cardstock of the cards is very good. However, most of the envelopes were damaged in some way. Some had bends in them. Many of the envelope flaps looked like they were crushed. A few of the cards also had bends. I am thinking this is why the cards were discounted, but if that's the case, it needs to be spelled out so that the buyer is aware. Because I didn't have time to order more cards, I went ahead and used these but I won't order from Amazon again. ... show more
