The check last of the bracelet, without trauma to it, simply broke and fell off my GF's wrist. Clearly, it's defective. The re-seller "advises" me to pay for 1st class postage to return it. That's nonsense. Return pre-paid postage for customers is called "COST OF DOING BUSINESS." I will NEVER by from this reseller (LSSIM) again. Customer service is EVERYTHING ... show more
