I order and returned this item twice. While the bracelet itself is beautiful, and my wife loved the look it was way too small. The bracelet sizing runs very small. The first time I ordered it, I ordered a medium length, the item came in a new unopened package. The medium length fit my wife's wrist a little too tight for her liking. So I returned that one and ordered the large. When I got the bracelet it was obviously used and smaller than the medium, so I promptly returned it.
