The traditional gift for an 18th wedding anniversary is porcelain. But let's be honest: Porcelain isn't especially romantic. On the other hand, a sparkly sterling silver heart charm pretty much shouts, "I love you." And with an 18 in it? "I love you enough to find something specific to this anniversary."
