Well Pandora is got to be the worst quality worst customer service in fact it should let you give minus stars because I would Pandora i bought my wife two bracelets and after time had one filled with charms and started another one then I started to see colors start to change they tried to tell me charms were not Pandora but truth has it Pandora charms turned colors or broke quicker then non Pandora ones lol so I tell them all of this i offered to ship it back so they could look at them i mean they all got faded or broke so please do not let me say it again PLEASE DO NOT BUY PANDORA !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! They just was thier hand with us even after I bought two bracelets and hundreds of dollars of Pandora charms are expensive oh and I only had them 1 and 1/2 years could believe they didn't even give Half the money back or just replace everything and I would send it right back to them so basically I wouldn't even take them for free bad bad bad bad all around oh I also bought my daughter a bracelet and the same thing is happening so we just stopped buying charms ... show more
