After researching and reading reviews for several months, we finally decided on this etrike! We love the way it looks and how well built it is! It is comfortable to ride and is very well made! Customer service goes above and beyond to make sure everything is right and that we are 100% happy with our purchase. When it arrived it was packed very well. The only issue we had was it had a bent crank arm when it arrived. We contacted them and they sent us a new one along with the tool to change it out. We don’t know much about bikes period and they told us we could take it to a bike shop if we needed to and they would pay for them to fix it. But my husband seen it was an easy fix since they sent the tool along with the part so he took care of it himself.. Then we had another problem because he installed the part wrong. The pedals were not lined up correctly so it would not pedal.. only went half circle. Once again we contacted them and they asked for a video of the problem. We sent them that and they immediately called us and told us the problem.. This time it was our fault! lol Anyway my husband used the tool they sent and reinstalled the part correctly this time!! They went above and beyond to help us! We are happy to say that our new etrike is perfect now! No issues!! It’s nice to know if we ever have another problem that their customer service will be there for us! If you’re looking for a AWESOME looking, eye catching etrike with outstanding customer service then look no further!! I highly recommend the Perraro Etrike!! Not only for their customer service but also for its looks and its ruggedness, speed and comfort!!!

Although this trike did not work for me due to my own difficulty with riding it, it is very well made, starts and runs perfectly. Everything works well on it including turn signals, head lamp, brake lights. My grandson had fun riding it around. It easily goes up hills and runs 20 mph or more. The addition of storage front and rear is an asset if one wants to ride to a store etc. A younger person would find this bike to be an excellent choice.

Liked nothing about it. It felt cheap and wobbly, and I felt very unsafe. They weren’t very cooperative until I really made a stink and they wanted me to pay the shipping so I just delivered it to an Amazon warehouse and told him it was up to them. I wouldn’t buy from them again. In addition, Amazon did nothing to help me.

Initial Impressions – Will Update After First Ride I researched every option out there until I hit analysis paralysis! I set a $2,000 max budget, and within that range, this bike offered the best combination of power, battery life, accessories, and unique features like reverse mode. I was a little hesitant due to the two-week lead time for delivery, but it was free—so I took the chance. To my surprise, it arrived in under a week! Be warned: the box is HUGE. I managed to get it on my hand truck in flatbed mode, but I needed help from the maintenance guy to lift the backend out of the box. The video shows that you remove the front wheel and then the rear wheels. I had to remove several other parts before I could get to the rear wheel section. Unpacking the parts will require cutting through lot of zip ties—so have a very sharp knife or scissors ready. The assembly video only covers the obvious. Unfortunately, there are no instructions for the trickier parts. Personally, I’m rankled by companies that don’t provide detailed instruction manuals. If you don’t have experience with bikes, a natural knack for assembly, or divine intervention, you’re going to need patience—or help. Right now, I'm stuck on installing the mirror clamps—I can't loosen the left brake handle. The right side went fine, but now I’m stalled. Got it put together and have ridden it a few times. Definately takes some getting used to so best not to try going far until you practice a bit. It is fun and it goes up steep hills without any problems. Everyone at my work thinks it is great. The front wheel wiggles and it appears to be due to nut loosing as I ride. I keep tightening it we will see. The real significant issue is that the peddles and not angled in front of the seat but are straight down. This results in my left foot coming off the peddle. I have to either try and peddle or just use it like a scooter. This may be a deal breaker since the point of this was to get some exercise. This design flaw is confusing given bicycle design is not new! Why put the peddles in a way you can''t peddle the thing?!

I got this trike for my wife. We were able to put it together without any issues. We live in an area where there are a lot of big hill and so far there have not been any issues getting up the hills. Some may think the bike is a little pricy but we feel it was well worth it. We were so impressed and we left her friend try it, and last night we helped her to order one. I would definitely recommend this trike. It comes with a lot of extras that other trikes do not come with. Brake light, turn signals, great mirrors, upgraded seat.

The trike was easy to assemble, it took me (68F) about 2 hours. I love riding it. This is my first e-bike and I had some questions about the battery and electronics. Mike at customer service was very helpful and suggested a few ideas to make it easier to store the bike (always turn the power to off on the battery), and talked me through changing from kilometers to miles on the screen. The trike itself feels safe and I get lots of comments about how good it looks.

I looked at several trikes, big companies and little companies, this is by far the best looking trike , VERY powerful, awesome customer service. and in the ball park for price. There are extras that other companies don't have even when they cost more. It's sturdy and rugged. Because I am NOT an engineer and am a visual person I had some issues with the directions. I text and emailed and they were SO prompt in answering and resolving MY misunderstanding. I asked my husband to write a Perraro book for dummies. He said he would. No when I look at the bike everything makes sense. It would be your loss if you select another bike.
