This hydrating lotion is incredible with just the cocoa butter in it. Back before the technology and the additional ingredients, like green coffee, etc, this stood above the crowd. I knew Palmers back in the sat bahaha. This lotion is the most hydrating of lotions and it does what it says it will do. If your skin breaks out, just reduce the amount u r applying and go up. Don't stop using. Your skin will become accustomed to it. Just like skincare for our face, sometime purging has to happen to make way for the brightness and smoothness and all the other good things your skin wants to be. I love the smell and it is not overly powerful. Take my words for it. It's like a good perfume, it needs time to dry down. I believe if u r debating on whether to buy this, I say to definitely buy because you will be left with the softest and smoothest skin you could ever dream of. I have never been a person who buys in bulk, but on rare occasions, I will. This was one of those occasions and I am sooooo happy I did. I won't run out anytime soon and I like it. I have always loved Palmers, and I am crazy for their latest developments on skin care for the body. Also, I would not hesitate to apply to my face as a moisturizer. As a matter of fact, when I finish with the moisturizers I have for my face, i am going to start using the Palmers after my serums. Years ago I had the pleasure of working to house families from Chuuk and noticed on home visits that they always had huge bottles of Palmers sitting around and they used it for everything from lotion, to treat bug bites and even leave in conditioner! That got me curious so I purchased it for the first time back then and the stuff is magical! If you read the ingredients it’s way more natural than most the stuff I’ve spent $50 for an 8 oz tube of and it works waaaay better for what I need which is just an everyday moisturizer for my body. I don’t have the hair texture to use it in my hair (believe me I’ve tried) but it smells amazing, isn’t greasy, absorbs quickly and can be reapplied all day without build up. My sister is in assisted living. The skin on her legs is like alligator skin. I've used Palmer's myself for years with excellent results. I live in Central FL, & being in AC most of the time, it just plain dries out your skin. Every night, I use the oil on my legs & the lotion wherever I can reach! It had never stained my clothing or bedding & doesn't feel greasy. When I put it on, it's like my skin is a sponge. I'm going on 70, growing up I spent years in the sun on New England beaches. My mom swore by moisturizers & you don't need to pay $30-$40 or $100+ for a product that works. try the bundle. Easier to take a chance & spend less than $12 than drop mucho$ with barely an "eh" result. I like this product. I use it all of the time. Never makes me feel slimy and does the perfect amount of moisturizing. However I did notice is different climates it doesn’t always work for example somewhere that’s dryer versus humid I have to apply a lot more.
