Wow, these jeans are insanely comfortable!!! I'm 5'3", 135 pounds. For me, the Small Petite was a perfect fit and perfect length (long enough to not drag the floor but still looks good with boots). I think I'm considered long-waisted (?). Not totally sure, but the fit will vary with shape as well as height and weight of course. I do have to use the drawstring to make them tight enough after pulling them over my hips. I worry that that string will come out in the wash or something, though I'm tying it carefully beforehand. I would have preferred a slightly different way to cinch the waist, but it definitely works. Just these would be too loose for me without the drawstring. In any case, these are soft and very very comfortable. They also look nice enough to wear going out! But they are very lightweight, so these are only summer jeans unless you're going to layer them over some leggings or something. I just finished ordering another pair in a different color! :) UPDATE: My second pair arrived. They look great, but they're an inch shorter than my first pair! Returning because they don't look right on me at the shorter length. So be aware that sizing may not be consistent! But if you can get a pair that fits, these feel great! SECOND UPDATE: I tried again to order a second pair, but they were again too short and too tight. So I could only get one pair that fit, though I really like that pair. I wish the sizes were consistent as I would have bought more. I did order a pair of their boyfriend jeans, and those are a good fit but a more casual style.

I bought these to wear around the house. I can't imagine actually sleeping in them. For that, I think they would be a bit too heavy of a material. However, they look so nice under a loose top, I ended up actually wearing them on the plane when we took a recent trip because there's nothing more uncomfortable than sitting in a plane seat in tight jeans, etc. I bought a size 16 and they fit quite well. I am 5'6" tall and weigh 180 lbs. I am more of an "apple" shape, so generally I have problems with jeans being tight in the waist. These Pajama Jeans are quite loose in the waist, so the little tie strings come in handy to adjust the waist so I don't have to worry about them slipping down. They are so comfortable I would happily buy another pair in a different color except there are no other colors in my size available! I have washed them twice in cool to warm water and I hang them up to dry instead of putting them in the dryer. Therefore I have not had any problems with shrinkage. One person complained about a chemical odor, but I washed them before I wore them and any odor went away. I am very sensitive to chemical odors and when items have a strong odor, I simply add a little vinegar to the rinse cycle and that always does the trick. But I didn't even have to do that with these jeans. As I said, I am very pleased with my purchase. If I have any complaint, it would be that maybe they could be a bit longer. These work for me, but I can see that if someone were taller, they would need to be longer.

First, the pajama pants was like heaven when putting on and wearing as I have severe spine issues and fibromyalgia unable to stand regular jeans but my favorite pant; but at the same time so aggravated because fit size was so way off; Very bulky in the front thighs, way too long with boot cut being more like huge bell bottoms. Draw strings are the best to have yet so much extra material that it's hard enough to toe a bow and around waist on string I have crunched up because trying to tighten the too big pants around my waist then feeling syring around me tight. It is very disappointing since the feel of fabric, does feel like the comfortable material as described, the feeling of a loose pajama pants rather than a stiff jean is excellent but unbearable as far as size not correct. I ordered a medium and feels and looks like XL or XXL depending which area of the jeans talking about. Just because the material and unbundling stiffness, I would ship back or would have been ordering extra pairs because comfort if was right fit, but now what size since not true to fit nor close.
