After all the hard work of installing the new parts and connecting the sensors correctly, the ABS and electronic stability control (ESC) dashboard light--which had never before been on--became lit and remained on. They never went away, and I had to end up discarding the parts, reinvesting money on the purchase of a new part from a parts vendor and reinstalling them. This means a waste of time and money.
