The first one arrived damaged, and it seems that it broke at a weak spot in the 3D print. The replacement arrived a day or two later in perfect condition. I find it to be quite calming but the speaking from rolling the cylinders could be an issue for some.

pain simulation is on point. it works. however, it unscrews itself as you spin it. so after 2 rotations,it completely falls apart. lame. this is the 3rd different one I've tried and they all do the same thing. I either grip to hard and it breaks or it undoes itself.

Broke within the 20 minutes it arrived btw, its also sharp and hurts to hold, possibly could puncture skin but I’m not testing that. The small part that broke off is honestly easier to hold so that’s nice, it’s also nice to shake. At least the pricks dont break.(I think) Also it is hard to hold with small hands so I recommend for males instead of females.

One of these came broken. We had opened and already used it- my kid was really anxious to try it. I didn’t feel like I could send it back. This item feels almost sharp so I would recommend it for a young child but would have been fine for my skin-picking, OCD teen had it not been broken.

The media could not be loaded. The size fits an average adult hand. It helps with fidgeting as it can be moved around in your hand, squeezed and each section does rotate. The sections do not spin rapidly, though they do spin. They do seem to relief anxiety as focus can be put on the toy rather than what was causing an upset. It functions well.
