So I needed a rug to put in my room so my dog would be able to jump up on my bed without losing traction on my hardwood floor so when I saw this for $15 I figured I would give it a try, when it was delivered I was expecting this rolled up the rug to be delivered and when the driver dropped off a small box I thought for sure I was either given the wrong item or this carpet was going to be this folded up piece of cloth and when I unboxed it and saw what looked like a piece of cloth that was in a vacuum sealed bag I really thought I picked wrong but when I opened the bag and unfolded the rug I was extremely impressed, the rug is semi-high quality with a thicker foam backing so it does NOT slide on the floor, The foam padding feels great when you are walking on it and you can actually feel its "Springyness" to it where it will fill right back in as soon as you lift your foot unlike some of the cheap foam that takes forever to return back to size after you remove pressure onto that particular area, this actually feels comfy as soon as you walk on it. The colors are extremely vibrant, We got Black and Pink and the Black is a very deep Black and the Pink is a very Vibrant pink color exactly what you see on the listing photos! You can tell they use a high-quality dye. The rug is not your typical shag rug but more of the "Hairy shag" rug that you used to see in the 70s. However, some things to keep in mind: * If you have a robotic vacuum cleaner it WILL get stuck on this carpet for a few reasons 1) Due to the foam backing the rug is raised a bit off the ground and I found some of the vacuums (Roomba S9) will hit the front bumper when trying to drive onto the rug and it triggers the collision avoidance and the Roomba will turn around. My Roborock S7 Max V will be able to make it onto the rug but gets stuck due to how long the "Fluffy hair" is on the rug and gets tangled up in the roller, it also does trigger the avoidance AI in the Roborock as a "Sock" and "Dog Toy" however this is no fault of the rug, so keep this in mind if you have robotic vacuums. * Due to the way the rug is shipped it's folded very tightly and then vacuum sealed so when you unfold it you have these raised creases in the carpet so it doesn't want to lay flat at first, I found if you lay this outside in the sub for about an hour on a flat service that was enough to have all the creases flatten out otherwise it is a tripping hazard due to the rug lifting up in the middle at the creases. Again this is just temporary due to shipping and will flatten itself out after either a few days or laying it out in the sun. Overall I am extremely happy with this rug and I can say it's even better than some of the rugs that I have purchased from other stores at 4X the price. I will defiantly be purchasing more for the rest of my house! ... show more

Its not thick, its soft though. We use it for the bottom of her play tent. She loves all the pink and she says its soft. We still line her tent with a bunch of pillows.

I teach Kindergarten. This became the floor to my new Calm Corner. I ordered the purple one. Blue and Purple are supposed to be more calming. The rug is soft. Kids go back here when they are sad or frustrated. They play with the fur which is also calming. It’s so cozy!!💜

Very soft carpet, looks exactly like the photos. Pretty easy to move around in the area you place it. however things get stuck in it very easily, do not recommend using in a space with a lot of foot traffic.
