This is a large programmable LED sign. It has an app for android and Apple devices and can also be programmed by computer. The LED’s are very bright and readable. Comes well packaged and although it is a large sign, it is not too heavy-so you could hang or mount it pretty easily. Comes with power cord and a very detailed instruction manual.     • Missed potential with no internet features
The sign measures about 40 inch by 8 inch, around 102 cm by 20 cm, and fits well in a storefront window. The aluminum housing feels solid and the unit is lighter than it looks. Mounting slots are built in on top for hanging or wall install. There is no installation hardware like hooks and a cable included. Brightness is adjustable and on max it is impressive and easy to read in daylight. Colors are vivid and text stays clear from about 30 ft, around 9 m, away. Scrolling and static modes run smoothly once content is uploaded. The iOS app was difficult to connect at first. I had to connect to the sign WiFi, update firmware, disconnect, and reconnect before it finally worked. The app feels confusing and a bit buggy, and it has fewer editing tools than the Windows desktop software. I deleted the default clock example and later found I could not add the clock back using the iOS app. Even though the sign has WiFi, it does not pull local temperature, auto sync the time, or support simple online integrations. These feel like basic firmware additions that would improve daily use. Once messages are saved to the sign, it runs independently and stays stable. Hardware quality and brightness are strong, but the mobile software side and internet connectivity needs improvement to match the display performance. ... show more
