1st of all: Real silver(which is something I was worried about, before ordering) Picture shows the difference next to the stainless steel necklace Came with both necklaces (20/22 inch) Had tried 18/20 based on picture of sizes charts on another necklace set, but I'd recommend if you like the 18/20 sizing on the chart, go 20/22 as it will probably be smaller than you are expecting. It is very nice. An extra chain comes with it. But there is no way to get the cross off the chain it's on, without breaking it, because the ends are too big to fit through the opening. I think the extra chain looks more for a boy.
