I did not find any leaves or branches broken & used caution to fluff it up as I didn't want to break any. I put it into a ceramic pot, stuffed newspaper around the base & topped with the green moss that came with it. I did need to add a bit more to ensue adequate coverage of the base. Highly recommend.

This tree came well packed with no issues upon delivery or opening. I immediately was able to bend the branches and leaves to a realistic position and it has already held that position after 24 hours. I did place in my own container in a stand for additional height. The base is very solid and heavy so should be no issues with the plant leaning or tipping over. I could not be more happy with this tree! I researched so many sites online and stores in person...this was the best I have found for the money! You won't be disappointed!

This plant came beautifully wrapped so there was no damage. It appears very real rather than artificial, the branches and leaves were easy to spread and adjust. Shipping was very prompt and we will definitely purchase other plants from this vendor.
