I almost returned these because they looked like a light gray instead of the darker gray I ordered. I’m really glad I put them up. They are a nice charcoal gray and the the weight and quality is much better than other thermal/blackout curtains I’ve ordered. I really like the back tabs for blackout purposes. I am very impressed with these curtains. I like having light colored curtains because it keeps the room brighter when the lights are on, dark curtains make the room feel small. I have a small bedroom with two large windows so dark curtains really darken the room a lot even when all the lights are on. I'm picky, I want it dark at night but to feel open and light during the day! These curtains fit the bill perfectly. I've tried other light-colored blackout curtains in the past and have always been really disappointed with them, but decided to give these a try based on some other positive reviews. They surpass all my expectations. My windows are wide and short and I could probably use one more panel on them, but they still manage to do a fantastic job keeping the room dark at night. If I had any complaints, it would be that they look rather cheap. But they are cheap and they are white and still block light better than much more expensive blackout curtains, so I'm not dinging any stars. I included a pic showing a closeup of the texture, which is what makes them look cheap. They are velvety but there is a small circle pattern to it rather than being smooth and clean like velvet.

These curtains are so soft and beautiful! They were a great addition to my room. I already had long black curtains on a sliding door and needed shorter curtains for a window. Looked all over for curtains that would blend in. These were absolutely perfect they are so thick and block the light.

The curtains are very high quality. Almost like a velvet texture. They hang very nicely. One thing is you cannot iron on the front of these it leaves a mark. I just ironed the backside and they look beautiful. They are definitely blackout curtains.

They are fully 100% blackout with white lining that insulates sound. They are well made, machine washable. Very pleased with this purchase.
