These dresses are so lovely and pretty and they are the perfect weight for (reasonably hot) summertimes. Unfortunately, I think they may not completely match between the bust and the waist. I've purchased a few different styles of summer dresses on Amazon, but getting the same size in this dress as my previous purchases leads to a "corset like" feeling of being totally strapped in at the chest/waist. I returned my first order and sized up - now the waist fits very comfortably but the bust area has too much material. I'm planning to do a few alterations myself to deal with the baggy excess. Sure, I realize that different bodies have different bust sizes, but I do suspect that the tightness at the waist may be surprising to those who order their normal size. Otherwise, the prints are really pretty and I really like the shape and flow of the dress! That's why I'm going to try to spend the extra effort to alter them to match my shape. Update after a few wears: I was able to prevent a super baggy look in the bust by sewing the front together at the "V" where the two front panels intersect. If I had extra time, I would create a few "pleats" or creases to pull in some of the extra material in the bust, but it already looks decent. The material is very synthetic, if that makes sense. I'm not happy wearing it when it's in the high 90's or above because it doesn't breathe enough, but it's a very nice material for more reasonable weather. It's the type of material that will cling to your bottom if you sit for a while in a warm room on a folding chair. But I don't know if there are any casual dresses that wouldn't have that issue! Overall - if you can get the sizing to work for you, these dresses are gorgeous. If you are small busted, you may need to hem. The larger sizes may run long for some people - I'm pretty tall and the dress hits right at my ankles.

I LOVE this dress. I have it in blue floral and white stripe version. The material is similar to modern athletic stretch shirts, but a little thicker. I am a true size 16/xl “mom bod”. I do wear a tank because it is too much cleavage for this momma. But this is flattering, washable, wrinkle/free perfection. The faux wrap style is forgiving to my apple shaped torso. The length hides my pasty white legs. Easy to move around in, so great dress for people needing to get down on the floor and play with kids and be able to modestly get up again. And POCKETS!

So cute, almost perfect! The color is vibrant (I got the crimson & ivory pattern), the style is delicate, and the fit is to die for, but there are a couple of caveats to be aware of if you are an unusual size. I am a girlie who is hard to fit. I have a pronounced hourglass figure (30JJ bust, 36 hips) on a shrimpy frame (5'2). I expect to have to make some modifications to clothes I buy online, or I inevitably wind up looking ridiculous and ill-fitted. I was shocked this dress fit as well as it did right out of the bag! The tailored waist sits directly under the bust and does a great job of killing frump; I added a belt for more visual delineation between the tight top and the flowing bottom. Be warned there is VERY little stretch (so little stretch I tried this braless and it worked), so I do recommend sizing up once or going with the larger size if you're between sizes. For reference, I'm wearing a medium. A large bust will definitely result in cleavage, so expect to wear a camisole if you aren't comfortable with your bra showing. Also, the long zipper that runs along the ribcage under the arm is pretty useless. Overall, I love the flirty flow and am tickled with it. If you are okay with these caveats, girl, stop reading and GET THE DRESS.

I am 5'2" and always struggle to find dresses that I don't have to hem up. The length in this dress is perfect for my short legs :) Also have a size DD chest, and the cut is very flattering. However the empire waist belt needs to be tugged down often. I'm generally a 1x-2x, too heavy. I bought a 2x and it is snug on my arms. The material is a bit thicker than other maxi dresses, which Makes is great Quality, but bot the most forgiving/Stretchy or breathable material. Overall I really like this dress it's pretty and very flattering.

I have purchased 5 of these dresses over the past 2 years. The designs are cute, the material is nice, and the cut is flattering. The problem is, I've returned 3 because the material and cut was different -- perhaps 2 different manufacturers? In the one I really like, the material is thin, breathable and stretchy and perfect for summer. In the ones I've returned, the material is thicker, not nearly as stretchy (I wear a 2X and eventhough 2 of these 3 were 3X they felt too small in the arms and shoulders than the 2X did), the arms are tighter and shorter, and the cut and fit around the bust is not quite right. It is a good thing this is prime with free returns because it seems the shotgun method is the way to go -- buy a few in the correct size and a few in the size up, and return all the bad ones. I even had this experience with the same design (the verticle blue stripes, which is my favorite design). About 2 years ago I bought this in 2X for a wedding and loved it. After I got pregnant with twins it was still great but I wanted a 3X for extra room. The 3X was like the bad one I described above and I returned it immediately. Now (spring 2023) I bought 3 different designs in 2 different sizes. Since the floral designs were similar enough, the one one I ended up keeping was the one that had the better cut and material. I'm really disappointed that the bad one is the one I get shipped more often, but I'm super happy with the 2 dresses I've kept amd are my "go tos."

This dress is perfect for the casual summer wear we all want. It is not too long like other maxi dresses and long enough. It doesn’t create static like others of its kind. It even has a side zipper! My only problem with this dress is that it is slightly heavy.
