Just purchased a second one of these after about a year of having the first one. It cracked when I ran into something at work. But it did its job, the Apple Watch it’s protecting was just fine. It adds a little bit of bulk to the watch, but that shouldn’t be a problem unless you have dainty wrists. It does not distract from the comfort of the watch at all, and it stays on well without being overly difficult to remove. I would suggest using a screen protector with it also, because it does not necessarily protect the screen from scratches. With that being said, it is an excellent value to protect your investment.

The Otterbox case is good and will protect the watch exceptionally well. My only issues with the case are that it very hard to take off the watch and if you wash your hands while wearing the watch it will get inside through the openings on the case and stay trapped until you take it apart and dry it. As a protective case it’s a great product and the screen is very responsive but for me it loses 1 star for not having a seal to keep out water.

(for Apple Watch Series 7, 45mm) Things I knew going in: It's a small piece of plastic that would cost a small fraction of the sale price to manufacture. The markup on this must be insane. But I am rough on my watches at work so if it helps to protect from bumps, then fine. I also knew it does not have an actual clear screen protector, that's why I chose it. I've used ones that cover the screen before - IMO they look bad and impact touch sensitivity. But what I didn't expect is for the side button to rattle. Even installed on the watch, I noticed it right away and annoyed me. I was able to put a small piece of gaffers tape on the inside of the side button (see pic) which did stop the rattle (many types of tape would likely work). But for the already high cost, this should not have been an issue. Also I mistakenly thought it would have a more rubbery TPU type build. Turns out it is very hard/stiff plastic that will likely protect well but may be prone to cracking, as shown in at least one other review. So it could use some improvement and I consider the overall value for the cost fairly low, even though I do think it will service it's intended purpose.
