Top Amazon Reviews

  • It works!!! If yours doesn't, read my review!
Color: Black
It could have been a 5-star review if it came with better instructions that include troubleshooting and a better way to secure the phone to the device instead of the rubber band. The rubber band works but there must be an easier way like a clip. It didn't work for me at first so I am sharing what I learned that makes it works! 1. The plug (adaptor) matters. At first, I plug the USB head of the cable that came with this device into my Samsung adaptor that charges my phone. It did not work. It stopped swinging after the initial momentum died. I knew the adaptor was in good condition because it just charged my phone. Then I plug it into the USB drive on my computer. It worked right away! I think the fast charge adaptor or the newer/more powerful adaptors do not work. My computer USB drive is a weak charger and it takes 3 times longer to charge my phone using it. I think only the weaker or older version adaptors work with this device. 2. Needs a step tracker app like Google Fit for it to work. Install it and set up a profile to track your steps. I use Google Fit. 3. Turn on Adventure Sync in Pokemon Go. 4. Feed your buddy some berries to make it walk with you. Put the egg hatchers on your eggs. 5. Turn off Pokemon Go and turn off GPS. Use the device to swing your phone. 6. After you have enough steps, Open Pokemon Go first, then turn on GPS. You should find the steps are registered for walking with your buddy and for hatching your eggs. Two more tips: 1. The swing action should be smooth. If you hear any friction or sound, most likely you didn't put the phone holder onto the cradle correctly. Make sure there is a little gap on the sides of the phone and bottom to allow it to swing freely without friction. If you see the side touch one of the cradle "arms", that means you did not put it in correctly. 2. The device should be on level and sturdy surface. If it is not stable, the device also may not work. Hope this helps! ... show more

  • I walked 550 Km this week!
Color: Black
I cannot express how much this has changed the game for me. Every week I hit max walking km distance. Going to bed with the phone on the Walker get me about 40-50 km normally. While at work o get a break every 2 hours and in this 2 hours I hatch whatever egg I start and walk my buddy 6km (3 hearts) Also holds 2 phones so I can walk for a friend too Getting legendary candy is so much easier. If this break I will immediately buy 2 more. Also when I purchased this one of the wheels was popped off but It easily popped back on Thank you so much ... show more

  • iPhone 13 Pokémon Go
Color: Black
After a few failed attempts my iPhone works by.. 1. Opening Apple health app 2. Opening Pokemon Go (take a photo of your avatar screen to see your current distance walked) 3. Press the side buttons to put both in the background. 4. Put the phone on the shaker upside down facing inward. (Screen against the plastic) 5. Make sure the silver wheels are in the track. 6. Bring the phone half way up and release. 7. If you have an I-watch, make sure it is turned off or the phone will not record steps. (This is important and why I gave a 4 star review instead of 5) Mine has been very consistent in registering distance walked hatching eggs and giving buddy candy. ... show more

  • Android Users - follow these directions for 5* results
Color: Black
First off, this product works. Like, REALLY WORKS. In the month and a half that I've been using it, I have "walked" around 2000 km, with an average of about 18-22 km per hour, and I've hatched over 400 eggs in that time. However, it does take some effort to get it working at 100%, so if you're on an Android (I use a Galaxy Note 10+) and you're having trouble getting the same results that I am, try this: 1. Calibrate your phone's gyroscope This may be an option in your phone settings, or if your phone is like mine and doesn't have that option in the settings, open the phone app and dial *#0*#. This will open a "secret" developer diagnostic and settings menu. Select the option labeled "Sensor," lay your phone down flat on a table and then select "GYRO SELF TEST" under OIS GYRO (the second one, not the first one). This should reset your gyroscope. 2. Turn on "Adventure Sync" in the PokemonGo App I also turned off "Battery Saver," but I don't know if this actually makes any difference. 3. Download the Google Fit App (or any other supported step-tracking app) Go into the Google Fit App settings and select "Manage Connected Apps" and connect the PokemonGo App to your Google Fit App. I also changed my account profile height to 8'11", but I don't know if this actually makes a difference or not. 4. Turn off GPS location tracking on your phone You should be able to do this in the drag down menu at the top of your home screen. You can also set your phone to airplane mode, but this will obviously block all incoming and outgoing calls and messages, so if you need to use your phone, just turn off the location tracking portion. I also turn off the screen rotate option, just in case the screen rotates while the phone is in the cradle and messes with the app's distance tracking. I've also found that the PokemonGo App updates your Adventure Sync distance quicker if you leave Wifi turned on at all times during this process (this will not mess with the location in either App). 5. Give your buddy candy and put your eggs incubators and then close the app completely (do not leave it running in the background) To maximize the number of eggs I can hatch, I've added a bunch of people to my friends list using the r/PokemonGoFriends subreddit. You don't even need to buy any incubators, just write down the time it takes for 2km, 5km, 7km, 10km and 12km eggs to hatch in the free incubator and then set a timer so that you know when to take your phone out of the cradle and put a new egg in. 6. Track a workout in the Google Fit App, then put your phone in the cradle and get it rocking I put my phone in the cradle upside down and with the screen facing the cradle (again, I don't know if this makes a difference, but it does seem to give me the best results). 7. Let the phone rock in the cradle for about 30 minutes to get a baseline of how quickly you're "walking" After 30 minutes, take your phone out and open the PokemonGo App (DO NOT TURN ON LOCATION YET). Let the POGO app load and wait until a red warning bar at the top of the App says "GPS signal not found. (11)" Then turn your location back on and wait about 30 seconds for the data to transfer from Google Fit to POGO. If nothing happens after 30 seconds or so, close the app completely and then load back in and that should make it register your Google Fit distance. If you follow these steps, you should see the same results as me. However, I caution against over-doing it like I did at first. I think the electromagnet in my cradle is already wearing out (seems to rock a little slower now than it did when I first started using it), and when I would leave it running overnight I would get ~130 km, most of which were meaningless because my buddy had already run out of time around 60-70 km. ... show more
