I have contacted this seller due to the item being undeliverable. They have never contacted me back. It's also very cheaply made. The plastic rings are loose and make tons of noise. They sound like a cheap dollar store toy. I also had to not only pay for shipping from Amazon I had to go to the post office and pick the item up because the seller did not even cover the postage cost. The media could not be loaded. Not the item I ordered. I ordered lighter leash with the first image the red/multicolor lighter leash with the leaf that I really wanted and got these 2. Very disappointed
