My usual brand of Aloe wasn’t available, so I picked this one up. It seemed comparable and I use Aloe as my daily moisturizer. I was using it alone daily after washing my face (with a simple ivory soap). However, once I week I do a more thorough skincare routine. I did my routine as normal, and within minutes of using this Aloe with my other products- my face started turning red & burned like hell. I’ll be honest, I panicked a touch but knew to instantly wash my face and put on a cool compress. I quickly checked the ingredients to my usual brand, and saw that it has citric acid. Which reacts really bad with salicylic acid, a common ingredient for acne products. The citric acid is listed on the page so I’m not deducting a star for it being misleading, I’m deducting the star because I feel the citric acid is an unnecessary preservative. Citric acid can also further irritate a sunburn so it just really shouldn’t be used in Aloe at all. Other than that, it’s a fine product and I’ll just avoid my other products until this bottle runs out. I will not purchase again though.

Love this product! I wanted to get of a rash that was around my neck. I purchased this product, and it helped cleared my skin. It was soft and gentle with the right amount of aloe to cool the burning sensation away.

Very low natural fragrance. I use on my face when it's freshly washed and moist. It dries without being sticky and then I apply my moisturizer over it. Nice product.

I bought it because it says “made in the USA” and slightly more costly than other brands so I thought would give better quality. My skin is not sensitive type but this jel gave a slightly burning sensation so that I have to wash it off right away. I should read other’s review before ordering it. The bottle labeled “MADE IN THE USA WITH DOMESTIC AND IMPORTED MATERIALS “ (imported material?). The major contents labeled “aloe barbadensis leaf juice, carbomer, sodium Benz oats, potassium sorbate, sodium hydroxide, citric acid” (I thought I was buying an organic product….)

This goes on easily and feels light not heavy. Moisturizes well. I have sensitive skin and have had no reaction at all to this. I highly recommend this product.

I had been searching for a really great aloe product for a trip I had coming up, just in case anyone got sunburnt, and I heard a lot of recommendations for this one. Sadly, it didn’t work for me. The texture is a bit weird compared to other aloe products i’ve tried and when it dries, it makes you feel sticky and dries the skin. I had my boyfriend use it on his face and not even 2 minutes later, his face turns RED. The entire thing, just red. Aloe is supposed to be a soothing product so I was very confused on why that had happened. He’s had other aloe products on his skin before, but this is the only one that didn’t sit well with him. Maybe it works for others, but just not for me.
