i’ve been a longtime user and fan of Braun/OralB toothbrushes. After my last model I’ve used I think somewhere between 15-20 years, I had to upgrade because the battery was just shot. PROs: 1. Excellent at cleaning — this model is outstanding of getting in the tough-to-clean spots and makes teeth really look clean — almost like what it looks like after a professional cleaning! 2. I like that it does the basics I need without being absurd — I don’t need my toothbrush to talk to my phone or anything ridiculous. I just wanted something thats cleans very well, maybe has a nicer countertop footprint, as space is a premium. 3. The travel case is a must-have, and yeah — big win… 4. Like the pink color — it is different. CONs: 1. Toothbrush wobbles alot on the charger — in my opinion a pretty big design flaw. I had to find another plastic part that helped a little in stability. This was disappointing, as I was expecting a much higher quality. 2. There is no built-in place to store toothbrush heads. This was a major shortcoming. The instruction sheet showed an extra plastic piece for head storage, but sadly does not come with this model. BIG MINUS! For the price we pay as consumers, they should have thrown in that simple storage piece! I’m sure it doesn’t gratly add to cost of the unit. OVERALL, the pros outweigh the cons. At the end of the day, clean teeth is the goal, and this product definitely fills that bill. ... show more
