For reference, I am 5'1" and around 150 pounds (a little chunky). I ordered a medium and it fits very nicely on me. Order your normal size because it fits tight but within that size. The shorts are super cute and stay up on your top half like in the modeled picture. It has removable padding in the top which was a feature I liked. The top fits like a sports bra. It is not see through as far as I can tell; but, that may be because I ordered it in Black. It's a thicker fabric than most athletic wear that I have but I prefer that over see-through issues. The two cons I have found: 1) I have noticed, over the time I've had it, the tightness and security of the top has been lessening over time. I might need to throw a sports bra on under it (which, I honestly thought I would have to do initially because that's what I have to do with most work out tops). 2) When I do my spin classes, the bottom part of the shorts slide/roll up a little bit. I think if you get this item on sale, it is definitely worth it. I'm not sure I would ever pay the full list price for it just because it's pretty basic. I bought this for a summer vacation that was going to be very active and I loved it! It’s very thick and durable material and the color was really pretty! The bottoms fit perfectly but the top was a tiny bit snug. I have a long torso so it was a little short too but worked great!

The thickness and material are great! Love the color! And really wanted to love the set as a whole. If I could just keep the bottoms I would! The top fits odd, the straps are too big and the rest of the top is too small. Plus the top is not as supportive as I would’ve liked. Will be returning. Shipping took a while too, just FYI

I bought two of these sets: the tea leaf color and the light blue color (both size Medium). For reference, I’m 5’6 and 145 lbs. Overall, the set is true to size and I love that the shorts don’t uncomfortably squeeze into your thighs. They’re seamless and comfortable, while still offering a lot of compression and holding everything together. Super high-waisted, which I love. My only qualm is the straps on the light blue set seem to be looser and falling off my shoulders pretty often. It’s not a deal breaker, just a little annoying. I don’t have this problem with the darker tea leaf color. I’d recommend buying a darker color if you want a more flattering look
