    • Great value and system for the money
Great system for the person that works from home periodically or even full time. Small to medium business owners will like it too as well as your employees. With double monitors this size there more than plenty workspace. While graphically not setup for gaming it will preform nicely for most internet based games and streaming. CPU can do some pretty heavy lifting but anything like rendering big files might take longer than a work station built for that task. ... show more

I received my computer ahead of time, which I am grateful for; there was no 800# to call for set up, so I had to call a computer guy in to help me along and pay him too of course. The key board has no light on it to say if the caps are on or not, so if you are entering a password.. well its a problem. the batteries were bad on the mouse and the stick or blue-tooth transmitter was bad and my computer guy had another one with him so I am up and running now. Order with caution. Check all components. Box was almost 2 size of what it should of been with almost no packing material. Surprising no damage to product. With no damage, PC is good.

    • Buyer beware more to come.......
Arrived two days late, seemed to work ok initially then after two hours error messages galore started to appear relating to RAM memory fault and then various system faults and then went into a endless loop of restarts until the dreaded blue screen appeared. Called Aventis but they have no support over the weekend........finally got through Monday morning. Tech guy was helpful and said it was possibly RAM problem and it may have come a little loose during transit and talked me through reinstalling it but this failed to work so now I have spent $800 on a refurbished unit that does not work and I am without a PC. Aventis have asked me to return it to them for fault finding and repair which I have done so I am going to wait to see how quick this is and if they fix and return effectively, we will see watch this space but a very disappointed customer at this point with no PC and $800 out of pocket. ... show more

It’s a nice computer and an excellent value, however, my order was missing the WiFi usb plug. I contacted Aventis twice but never heard back from them. UPDATE - it took them over a week to respond, but they eventually did and they sent me a WiFi plug. Everything works great now - fantastic computer. I’m very happy with this purchase. ... show more

I use this computer for my home office. The speed is great, screen graphics and size are optimal to business needs. Not real fond of keyboard, but that is minor. The tower is compact and sit nicely on my shelf. Haven't needed technical assistance and I do not game.

    • Specs don't match performance
I bought this desktop after comparing the specs to several other models, and this was supposed to be well above the minimum I needed to run the programs I use regularly. But since getting it, I have noticed several issues when it comes to graphics, connectivity, and performance. If you want to play video games on here, forget it. I can't even run games that were released over 10 years ago with graphical issues arising, mostly including lag and stuttering. The spec requirements are far below what is listed on the package, yet most games are rendered unplayable. Anything to do with the USB ports are worthless. They don't maintain connection and whatever's plugged into them is constantly disconnecting and reconnecting, making using a webcam, headphones, or even my mouse a constant struggle. Not to mention, as it was not listed anywhere on the page, this does not have a bluetooth adapter, or a wireless card. You have to get those separately. Look elsewhere. ... show more
