Perfect for little kids
I bought this in Blue an year ago. After kid used it for an entire school year, bought another one in Red (this particular purchase) as a backup (because I was worried of it going Out Of Stock as its a good item). My kid is the not too gentle with his things so, the bottle has seen its days thrown around, dropped accidentally, forgotten in the car when its a 100 deg. No cracks, no warps. Used it every single day. Good sized bottle that can hold water enough for my 7 yr old for a few hrs on a normal school day. Easy for the little hands to carry around. Very easy to operate. Does NOT leak. Locks perfectly. Moreover, Super easy to clean. I wash it every night and let it dry for use the next day. I handwash hence cannot comment about how it does in a dishwasher. Overall - Great bottle. ... show more

The bottle itself is great and it works properly with no issues but I found it a little difficult to drink from

Gasket fell out and bottle leaked - Opard stood behind it
I took this with me to the airport and used it during a 4-hour flight and an 8-hour layover in Vegas. Go through TSA with it empty and fill it with water afterwards. It's water-tight and secure. Slides into my backpack side pocket no problem. I dropped it a few times with no issues. I only wish I could easily get ice at the airport. EDIT: If there's a Dunkin' Donuts at the airport after you go through TSA, just ask and you can get ice for a nominal charge or free depending on location. EDIT: As far as this bottle, it went from being my favorite to my most hated. The rubber lid gasket disappeared somewhere at the airport on a subsequent trip and the bottle leaked all over my food when not kept upright. The gasket should stay in place and not randomly drop out when refilling. They advertise a "12-Month worry-free warranty" and a leak-proof guarantee, but the vendor has not responded to messages sent via their website. They claim to respond within 12 hours during normal weekdays, but they've not responded at all. Therefore, the manufacturer's warranty claims in this listing are false and misleading. EDIT 2: Back to 5 stars. After waiting over 4 weeks, Opard finally responded to my email and honored their warranty by sending out a brand new replacement bottle. ... show more

excellent backpack water bottle!
Style: 20 oz - Fast Flow Color: Midnight Blue
Easy to clean, holds just enough water without being heavy. Keeps water cold without needing a lot of ice. Fits easily in backpack!

Functional but didn’t hold up well.
Bought two - one for me and one for my husband. It’s very functional and we found it to be leakproof. However, the outer coating started wearing off after only a few months, and the latch on mine broke. Eventually the hinge plastic broke as well. In fairness, we did heavy international traveling with these in backpacks and used them extensively. Might be great for lighter use. ... show more

Nice water bottle
Style: 20 oz - Fast Flow Color: Blue & Pink Ombre
Update: Sept 2025: I still like these bottles! I now have 3 that are 28 oz and 5 that are 20 oz. I use 1 larger bottle and 2 smaller bottles for my daily water intake. I keep them in the fridge. If I drink all 3 in one day, I'm good. Every week, I wash the set of 3 in the dishwasher and use another set of 3 for the next week. The other 2 bottles are floaters for the car. All of them are holding up well to routine use and weekly washing. Pro tip, wash these in the dishwasher, but put them on the top shelf. I did have one of my bottles warp a bit, but thankfully the mouth did not warp, so the lid still fits securely and no leaks. Original Review ------------------- I really like this water bottle. I was looking for something to replace reusing plastic water bottles for my daily water intake. I was looking for a bottle that was close to the size of the 20 oz water bottles I was using. The diameter of this bottle is about the same as a half liter bottle, but because it's 20 oz, it's taller at 9.75 inches. Which means it is a bit taller than I hoped, but it's working well so far. The feel of the water bottle is nice. It's kind of a soft rubber/plastic feel without being too slick or too rubbery. I have small hands and have no trouble opening and drinking out of it one-handed. This is a lightweight bottle, weighing just shy of 3 oz empty. This bottle does not have any insulating capabilities, but I didn't want that. I wanted lightweight and easy use, not heavy, oversized and cumbersome. I haven't used the little strainer as I don't tend to put fruit in my water. But I do use flavor packets and so far no issues with leaking. I've only had it for a few days, so I can't comment on its longevity, but if it continues to be a good solid water bottle, I'll order more so I can rotate in the fridge instead of using ice. ... show more
