I love the look of this snack bowl set. There are just a few things to consider. The first is that it's not very big, but enough for what I consider the average party, maybe 20 people, assuming everyone brings something. The second is the one I didn't consider. It isn't very transportable. I bought it to take to a party and then realized it was going to be difficult to juggle the pieces. That was my fault. This set looks nice and it's sturdy. There are numerous ways to use the bowls; so if you want four different dips, salsas, etc. it's definitely an option. You'll probably just have to keep refilling the larger bowl with chips or crackers. You can also set a bowl or bowls inside the larger one. I haven't used it yet, but I can attest that it arrived in perfect condition and would be an excellent gift. I can think of lots of fun ideas for these bowls and will probably use them as part of Taco Saturday at my house, after the holidays when life goes back to normal. ... show more

It is perfect for chips and dip out on our deck. Everyone has their own dip that they can reach and then the chips in the center. It is made well and is very pretty.

This is my fault for not looking at the dimensions, but this is much smaller than expected. It is certainly way too small for chips and dip. But it works perfect for sauces. It’s really pretty in person, but just know that you aren’t going to be able to use it for anything other than sauces or nuts.
