My first pair of On Clouds and they live up to the hype. Comfortable and look so good on. I do recommend sizing a half size up. I am usually a 7.5 and 8 was the perfect fit. 7.5 my toes hit the edge. These are quality sneakers and are very light weight. They give great support to your foot. I did have to pay about $200 for them which is more than they normally retail for but they were sold out everywhere so it was a necessary evil. ... show more

Dear Sir or Madam, I am writing to you regarding a recent purchase I made from your store. On August 17, 2024, I bought a pair of women’s On Cloudvista sneakers, size 7.5, through Amazon for my niece, who plays basketball. I trusted the quality of your brand; however, I am deeply disappointed to have received images showing significant deterioration of the sneakers after a short period of use. I have attached some photographs that illustrate the damage. This premature wear is unacceptable for a product that was purchased for a considerable amount, in this case $179, and was expected to have durability suitable for the athletic activity it was intended for. Since the product’s quality does not match what was promised and has caused me inconvenience, I am formally requesting a full refund of the amount paid or, alternatively, a replacement of the product with one of the same quality that does not present defects. They are so durable. My daughter is still wearing them and they look so good! The black/white/grey color combo is our favorite. It looks great on her feet. They are comfortable and lightweight. We will definitely purchase these again.

I love the brand “ON” I wanted to love these shoes but they have some discoloration. Parts of the shoes are yellowish. For the price I paid for them I will send them back. Also they came in a generic box.
