Got shoes for Xmas for my daughter.she said the shoes are very comfortable. She has other on cloud shoes in 8.5 size -we ordered these in that size ( 8.5 woman’s ) .However these cloud X4 was extremely tight on the heal. And also snug on the toe.even those the others she has in 8.5 fit perfectly . We had to send back for a size 9-other than that great shoes. I was so excited when I bought these to finally get a pair of nice shoes, & I loved the color of them. I have heard that on clouds were a top shoe brand and even though they are expensive I thought I would pay the bigger penny for longevity. However, I was REALLY disappointed with these. Obviously it takes awhile for shoes to break in to be comfortable, but these are the MOST uncomfortable shoes I’ve ever bought. They have absolutely zero arch support, so everyday walking in these is super painful. I am someone who’s never had problems with tennis shoes or foot pain, but I actually hate wearing these. And at this point it is past the window of returning them unfortunately, or I would do that in a heartbeat. I wanted to give them a chance to “break in”, but so so wish I wouldn’t have done that. I’ve literally had cheap pairs of adidas in the past that were 1000000x better than these. I’m not the person who leaves bad reviews places, but I genuinely want to warn people to NOT purchase these and save yourself the money & pain.
