I ordered a pair of white On Cloud shoes from Amazon, and it took an entire month for them to arrive. To make matters worse, they sent me the wrong color—black instead of white—which was incredibly frustrating. The quality was also extremely disappointing. These shoes do not look or feel like original On Cloud shoes; the material is rough and cheap. I’m very upset with this experience and would strongly advise against buying branded shoes from Amazon.
