I had to try 3 different pairs of these exact shoes before finding one that actually fit my feet -- the manufacturing quality varies widely from shoe to shoe, and yes they run narrow (got 1/2 size larger than normal). Finally found a pair that fit, then a week later slipped in these shoes and broke my elbow. So I guess the traction could be better.
