I was looking for a bright, versatile top, and this red satin blouse definitely caught my eye. The color is exactly as shown—a beautiful, vibrant shade. For the price, I feel it offers great value for money. The fabric is 100% polyester. The material thickness is just right—it feels soft and substantial enough without being too hot. Crucially, I found the sheerness to be excellent, meaning it is not see-through at all, even in the bright red color. I ordered a size Small (S), and this is where I took off one star. It’s definitely oversized and has a very relaxed fit. I prefer my tops to be a little more fitted, and this one is quite roomy. If you want a more tailored look, you might want to size down. The length is also good, hitting right at the hip, perfect for wearing tucked or untucked. My only other minor note relates to durability and care. Because of the material, it requires a little extra patience when ironing to maintain its look over time. It does take a bit more time to get all the wrinkles out. It’s not a huge issue, but something to keep in mind when caring for the garment. ... show more

I need a blouse for a party this week, and I made the usual rounds at my local stores: JCP, Marshall's, etc. and came up empty. This is a well made blouse. I ordered an XL for my 5'6", 170lb frame. The sleeves are a perfect length. There is ample room in the chest, shoulders, and elbows unlike similar blouses at JCP. The fabric is high quality. The fabric kept snagging just getting it out of the packaging although the material is thick but cooling. The sizing was boxy but it looks drapey in the photo. I never got to wear it because the snagging was just so bad.

I have a hard time with a good fit but this was great! I am 5’4” and a great grand. I ordered this in a large w/my fingers crossed. I needed this for an event so no time to return for a new item. Company Quality Control needs to be better. I received a clearly worn and returned item. Sweat stains and spots on the shirt, perfume smell from the person who wore it along with sleeves rolled up and left that way. Crumpled and rolled up and placed back in the bag. Clearly, no one processing the return looked at the item. I get it, clothes are going to be tried on and returned if it doesn't work for someone, but this was not that condition. I washed it myself since again, purchased for a specific event requiring the color and I had no time to get a replacement shipped. It washed well, thank goodness. Quality of the shirt is nice. To me, it runs slightly small. I purchased a Medium and am typically a size 8/10 in tops. It's a slim fit cut overall and arm length is long (and I have long arms) but are very slimly cut. It's a traditional button down length, you will be able to tuck it completely or you can do a French tuck. It will not work as say a coverup if you wanted to use it for multiple purposes while traveling. Stitching is nice. Color is gorgeous and vibrant.
