My slippers are not shedding, and if anything, I feel that they are not snug enough, though I did size up due to other reviews. Sole is a nice rubber sole to prevent slipping and the fur is soft. Seems a bit snug at first, and I thought about returning them because of it, but I am glad I didn’t - each shoe quickly conforms to your foot after a few wears. These are very comfortable to wear around the house. The soles are a bit rigid and the slippers are not the lightest, but that will make them durable over time. They look cute and provide the comfort and support I was looking for. They are warm without being too hot, so they function well for me year round - in winter I can add socks if I need extra warmth on truly bitter days. ... show more

It took me a long time to find slippers that provided adequate arch support which wouldn’t flatten quickly. These slippers provided just that. At first they were very tight, to the point of thinking they didn’t fit and I was going to return them. I read some other reviews however this is short lived, and after an hour or so in them they formed perfectly to my feet. They were comfy and fluffy. Now, only 2 months later, they look like this. The arch support is still strong and they are still comfortable, which is why I am giving them three stars. However after spending so much money, I am disappointed that it looks like I’ve had them for 2 years, not 2 months. All I have done is wear them inside, daily, which is what you would expect from a slipper. Really wanted to love these, as mentioned the support is the best I’ve had in a slipper. ... show more

Totally comfortable and durable! I love the fit- I have a narrow foot and usually a 7.5-8 so I purchased the 8 and can wear barefooted or with a thin sock and be fine. Highly recommend as the arch support is wonderful vs the Ugg Coquette slippers I've worn for years.
