Ordered this chair as my old one's pleather was pealing and frankly it was leaving me with lower back pain after 6-9 hours of sitting. Chair arrived promptly and was pretty easy to assemble. Comfort level is excellent and adjusting height, lumbar support is easy and has definitely made a difference in my posture and fatigue at the end of the day. Wish it came with the rollerblade wheels but I ordered those separately and replaced the stock wheels with ease. Overall, very nice chair and please with the cost vs. functionality and comfort.

I usually buy cheap chairs and then complain about how much I don’t like it. I decided to spend just a little more this time and get a chair I thought would be a good choice. Compared to my previous chair purchases, this is the most comfortable chair ever. I like that it has a hanger that attaches to the headrest thing. I don’t use it but I’m glad it’s there in case I do. I’m 6’4” and this is the perfect height for me and glad it can support me well and still be comfortable. I highly recommend this chair.

If you have upper and lower back issues and you’re on a budget this is the chair! I spend about 10hrs a day in this chair only to get up to do some stretching. Since I’ve been using this chair I have had less back pain and less back spasms. It’s comfortable, sturdy, and the neck adjustment capability is a PLUS!

Not sure why chair manufacturers put the lumbar support so low on chairs. I thought the lumbar support would be adjustable, but it's not, which leaves a large plastic part digging into my spine. Extremely uncomfortable for someone with a butt! The headrest does the same but it's a little more accurate in the placement. I'm going to be buying a different chair with a separate lumbar support pillow so I can adjust it myself. And I'll sell this on FB marketplace since it's impossible to repack. Arm rests are also uncomfortable and don't move back far enough. Not sure if maybe this chair is made for larger people? Would need arm rest pads to make it bearable. Looks nice though.
