My arms would ache after sitting in my office chair for a few hours. These have eliminated the problem. They were easy to install and are very comfortable. Be sure you can adjust your arm-rest to a low position to compensate for the approximately 2" of thickness that they provide.

These are really easy to use and I love memory foam but the reason I gave 3 stars instead of 5 is because the net like material on them is scratchy to bare arms and makes the pads uncomfortable. I don't know why such an abrasive material was used without some type of cover provided. Otherwise, a good product. ... show more

These are pretty comfortable, but unfortunately they were a bit too large and bulky for me, so I had to send them back. In determining arm rest needs and comfort, it ultimately just depends on what you want in terms of softness/firmness, material(s), size, and shape (as well as durability of the product and its ability to stay in the right position) - ergonomic ones I have found are the best (vs flat). ... show more

I WFH and am always at my desk in my chair. I was starting to have pains run through arms so I got these and it has helped SO much, the size is pretty thick but the padding has helped so much. For the price I love them.
