It’s beautiful and comfy. But be careful not to cut off the tag. I did that about 1/4 inch from the seam and it created a hole there.

This basic crew neck top was intriguing to me. It was my color and I liked the basic and practical look, so I was glad when it showed up on my porch. :-) As usual, it took a few days for me to get around to actually wearing it. At first glance, I was happy with the color and the cut of the garment, and I thought it was yet another five star rating. However... Upon closer examination I found two things that should be noted. Not sure they are serious dings for every buyer, but I note them here and ding one star off because I know that people tend to look at less than five star reviews more often. Thing #1: There is a style seam sewn into the throat of the garment, right where your necklaces hang. It is a wide "x" stitch sewn in thread style line. Fine, no problem, EXCEPT mine was sewn crooked...just a little. If you are the kind of person who straightens those slightly crooked pictures hanging on the walls of restaurants, or at your friends' houses, this might bother you. I more or less accepted it and quit thinking about it, but do note that it was present - at least on my version of the garment. It might be an anomaly. Second was the length of the sleeves. I have standard length arms for a 5'5" 123 pound female. They are not short, and not long. Very standard. Standard garment length sleeves invariably fit me as advertised. That said, these sleeves required a 2" roll up to feel comfortable to me. I know that some people like that "I'm a waif - see how bad my clothes fit?" look. :-) That's just not me, so half a ding off for too-long sleeves, though in fairness to the seller they kind of hinted at the push-up sleeve length / I'm a waif look in the picture. I guess maybe I just didn't catch it? Anyway, half a ding for the crooked neckline / bodice sewing, and half a ding for the too-long sleeves that might be intentional. Other than that, I like it. Soft comfy fabric. It felt fine when dressed up a bit with a jacket, and of course looked perfectly fine as a casual top all by itself. Do note that if you have a nice figure, this shirt will certainly feature it. If on the other hand you are trying to hide or minimize something, it won't. :-) Four stars - a nice shirt with a few quirks.
