For reference, I’m a 16/18 pant and an L (Old Navy) or XL (Gap, Banana Republic) on top. Items from Amazon I can range from a size 14-20 and L to 3XL so that’s always really hard to gauge. I originally ordered an XXL and it was very baggy and boxy. I have a curvy silhouette so it can be hard to find the right clothes to fit the way that I’m comfortable and that I want. I returned the XXL, took a chance and ordered an XL. The XL was a MUCH better fit for me. I’ve read some crazy reviews (of other items of clothing on Amazon) of people ordering different sizes and the style and/or material is completely different — I can say that the color, style, material, everything was the exact same when comparing the two dresses I purchased. This dress is made of a thicker material with a softer feel similar to a thick Jersey-like material. I live in Florida so I can’t say whether it’ll be breathable in this summer heat but I expect it to be about the same as any material that isn’t 100% cotton. I have larger arms that I’m always self conscious about and typically don’t have great luck finding dresses (especially on Amazon) that will accommodate my upper arm size. This dress does exactly what I need/want it to and I plan to buy again in more colors!

After reading some of the reviews, I questioned if I order the right size, an x large. I’m 5”11 ,weight 200, have a large frame, and a tummy. This dress was perfect- very loose and stylish. I’m so pleased that I won’t have to Continue to shop around for dresses that are affordable and look good. It’s not like wearing a smock, has a really nice look to it. Sleeves and length are just right. Probably will wash in cold water and hang out to dry.

This little dress is soooo pretty, I love the pattern and colors. I wanted to use this as a cover up for my swim suit, however, it is too short for me for that purpose. I returned it - easy enough - thanks Amazon. That's why I only gave it 4 stars, I hadn't worn nor washed it yet. But the dress does have 2 deep pockets, and it is cute!

Get this dress! The colors are very pretty and not too much. Hubby even liked it. Dressy, for an informal occasion or out for a bite. However, you could certainly dress it up more, if you add the correct jewelry and shoes for it. You're ready to go. I'm 5'7" & weight 152. Ordered Large & it fits perfectly, across bust, hangs very nicely and very flattering. Length below knees - excellent for work. This style dress has NO RAYON so its lightweight and doesn’t wrinkle. Quality is polyester and spandex. Read description for other choices because some have RAYON. That will make you hot and it'll wrinkle.

Amazing fabric: not transparent not too thick. Because of the fabric quality the dress flows as you walk through, and breathe. The pattern is modern and you have to like bell sleeves. The front is roomy and good for keeping your belly not prominent but if you are more like flat belly the length will be a bit shorter at the back .

I got this in size small, in the Blue-Black print. It's a small print that looks good on my small body. I'm 5'1" and 90 lbs. I bought it on a good sale. My expectations were low. But, surprise! It fits (yes, with a little extra room) and it looks very flattering! ***** The fabric has weight to it, but it's fluid and has nice drape. You could wear it year round to an event. In cooler weather I will wear it with a black 3/4 sleeve cardigan. And without the cardigan on warmer days, to show the cute sleeves on the dress. Because of the cut and style I think it would fit most body types. Sizing seems accurate for American sizes.

I love this dress! Just the right length of sleeve to cover upper arm. Comfy casual with a touch of style and class with the v neck and sleeve design. I needed a size smaller than recommended though. I am normally a large but the Medium fit best.
