This company was probably the BEST buying experience I've ever had purchasing on Amazon. I'm not being hyperbolic, they really were fabulous. We purchased this dress (in dark purple) for my teen to wear to prom. She attends a school with a very strict dress code policy that makes finding a dress very difficult without paying for many expensive alterations. We expected to do the same for this dress. Shortly after we placed our order on Amazon, we received a message from the seller asking what day we need the dress by and if we'd like any adjustments made, free of charge. Ummm, yes please! We requested for a slightly wider shoulder (almost a cap sleeve) and to have the back raised up to the level of the front. They said sure, but estimated that the changes would delay the arrival of the dress until the actual date of the dance. I asked if there were any way to speed up shipping, offering to pay more if needed. Not only did they get it to us 2 days earlier than expected, they didn't charge us extra! The dress is beautiful, well-made, and of quality fabric. The alterations are exactly as expected. One thing to note is that this dress is purposely quite long. It touched the ground and even has a slight train in the back. If you're looking for an ankle-length dress, I would recommend telling them your height and requesting a specific length. The media could not be loaded. I loved this dress!! My daughter wears a size 9/10 but she is busty so I got the dress in a size 14. The corset back helps with adjustments so that helped. Only alterations we needed was the hymn and there is a train which I got cut as well. My daughter is 5’1 and doesn’t wear heels so I got quite a bit taken from the bottom. It was so elegant and it has pockets, which I didn’t know u until after I received it. Such a beautifully made gown and it was perfect for the cost. I’m very happy about this purchase!! ... show more

I would not buy from this company. The dress is fine but it doesn't fit. EVen though they claim they accept returns, they make it expensive and nearly impossible to accomplish. JUst find your dress from a reputable company.

Would have given 5 stars however...I ordered the Peacock color and it is no where's near as dark as advertised. I would think about updating your photos. Besides that, it is still gorgeous. It got here in time. It fit like a glove. Im 172 and ordered a 12 because that's what size pants I wear. Be warned the back panel for the corset doesn't have a hook sewn on so you habe to hold it in place while someone else laces you up. ... show more

I sent in what size I thought I needed, the next day I received an email asking me for specific measurements. I sent the measurements off almost immediately. Then I received another email letting me know that the dress was being made to my exact measurements. Surprised was not the word for it. I sent another email letting them know the date I needed it, they assured me it would be here on time. I patiently waited , and again shocker UPS delivered a package 5 days before I needed it. The dress was stunning, and the fit was almost perfect, the length was a little long, an easy fix. I will not hesitate to order again should the need arises, and I will refer it to everyone. This is a very beautiful dress. Very well made. But only for ladies with teeny tiny little armpits. The arm holes are soooo small there's no way to actually put it on.
