Any loyal Snoo user knows the fear I felt when my Snoo started to making a grinding noise, and then ultimately stopped rocking altogether! With a 2 week old baby who was thriving in the Snoo, I was rightfully panicked that our good nights of sleep were over! And with our Snoo being secondhand to us, I wasn't sure what support could be provided directly from the company, leaving me to scour the internet for possible at home solutions. Ordering this product was a Hail Mary, as I am not handy and have not done anything remotely close to fixing a piece of equipment as technical as the Snoo. However, I was desperate. I was amazed at how perfect this product was! Each piece is perfectly designed for the job, leaving no guessing or frequent trips to the store to find the right sizes or fit. This pack has the exact materials needed, along with tools to make the job doable for someone with no experience. The product also comes with linked instructions to step-by-step get this task completed- this is invaluable!! Having the exact tools and the exact guidance needed to do this fix was truly a blessing, and after some finessing I was able to fix our Snoo myself! Any tired newborn parent knows how terrifying the idea of having bedtime be negatively impacted, so I cannot say enough how grateful I am to have had this product (and the linked instructions) to get us back on track. ... show more

The bundle was great, but I have a few suggestions regarding the Snoo O rings repair tutorial video. It would be super helpful to list all the tools needed at the beginning of the video. I had to go out to the tool shed 7 times because I kept needing a new tool. I figured all tools needed would be provided, but that was not the case. Also, the Amazon photo for the repair kit presents as a nice box. Everything came in a bag which doesn't matter to me, but might to some people because you can probably get the same thing for less money from a different seller. I Snoozy Mama specifically because the repair kit looked more like a kit in a box than the other ones listed. Everything worked as it should and my Snoo is running great now. Misleading advertising. This appears to come in a nice little box but instead it’s a plastic zip up bag. 29.99 is well over priced for this item and I am truly disappointed how they promoted this item.
