I ordered an XL for comfort and I noticed when putting it in it was more clingy than I'm used to. Once it was on my torso I took it off as it just felt too much like I was wearing a form fitting shirt. So I purchased one size up and love it. I'm 5'10", 44 years old, 34" waist and often wear an XL size just for comfort. If you're normally a small, is I go medium and so forth. And then you'll love the shirt. I hope this was useful.
