Most of us wear rash guards as we're with fishing, boating or by the water often I love rash guards as I'm a sweater. And it's humid here in Florida. I purchased a white shirt and it arrived promptly and looked good and has washed very well and kept be from overheating and keeps the sweaty feeling off my body My suggestion is to order one size up. I ordered an XL for comfort and I noticed when putting it in it was more clingy than I'm used to. Once it was on my torso I took it off as it just felt too much like I was wearing a form fitting shirt. So I purchased one size up and love it. I'm 5'10", 44 years old, 34" waist and often wear an XL size just for comfort. If you're normally a small, is I go medium and so forth. And then you'll love the shirt. I hope this was useful. High quality shirt and while rash guards are supposed to fit fairly tight, I’d still recommend buying a size larger for a good fit.

Great sun protection while swimming

This is a great shirt for sun protection while swimming. I had one that eventually wore out - purchased many years ago and this one was to replace it. I’ve used it several times and really like it - just as good as the old one.
