I've purchased three Nuvantee Soda Siphons so I can prepare several containers of carbonated water for my day. I've been fairly pleased with the performance of the soda siphon. It bothers me to hear some of the CO2 gas blow by the seals when the bottle charges. This was reduce by using double o-rings on the black tube. I chill the water in the bottle without the cap. I only assemble the bottle when I'm ready to charge the bottle with gas. After charging I return the bottles to the frig for 10-20 minutes before dispensing into a stainless steel travel bottle with screw seal. I leave the Nuvantee disassembled until the next charging to stop prevent having constant pressure on the seals. This process seems to work pretty well for me. A word of caution ... not all 8 gram cartridges are created equal.

Purchased in October of 22, used nearly daily until about a month ago when it developed a leak. I had filled it and charged it, and all the contents leaked out. I set it aside, and then a few days ago gave it another try-same result. Since I was out of the return window, through Amazon's messaging system I reached out to the company (a small Italian company) and asked if I needed to replace an O ring. Within 2 minutes I received the kindest reply. They asked for a picture and my address. I sent a pic showing the siphon slowly dripping. BOOM, they messaged back within the hour and said they were sending a full replacement, no charge, and no need to return. Remarkably, I got the item the next day. Thank you Team Nuvantee! Oh, and it's a great product, too.

Soda Siphon’s are fairly all the same. This one is no better or worse. I was disappointed when I discovered the recipe book doesn’t seem to exist. This companies website doesn’t appear to exist either. They have a Facebook page which is devoted to sales.

Every product has some bad reviews so I often ignore those but this time they tell the truth! With the instructions in front of me, I followed every step carefully to put this together and the first cartridge "exploded" pushing all the gas through the nozzle, nothing into the water. Same result with another 3-4 chargers. I disassembled the unit, put it carefully back together, used another charger holder. It worked better with only some gas going through the nozzle initially and some going into the water. Two refills later, the water stops pouring from the nozzle while the bottle is still half full. Disassembled, put it back together, same results. We had soda siphons for years in my family home, I could easily use it and refill it as a child without fail. My brother has one in Europe and it works 100% for me without shooting the water through the nozzle when recharged and without fail each time. This one is a dud and I will NOT recommend.
