I hedged and bought two of these and two from another seller … these are far superior. I used some Liquid Nails (not sure I needed to) as I put together. I’m using in a small basement cellar - they look so good I need to improve the rest of my cellar! Very stable (I did install the wall mount to be sure) and secure. My champagne bottles don’t fit and I I have a few one-off larger Napa cabs that will only fit on the top shelf. These fit together perfectly and high quality manufacturing. They are a little glossy so if you wanted to paint (they look good as is) you may want something else. ... show more

This wine rack arrived in great shape, well packaged. The installation is a breeze, although the lack of instructions does require a small dive into understanding the construction. It's a simple notch assembly, kind of like the old Lincoln Logs. No tools required. Once it goes together, it's very solid. One bit of advice. The end pieces are ALL the same but the two pieces that comprise front and back sections on each level are indeed DIFFERENT. The front has a smaller bottle notch made for the neck as opposed to the back piece which has a larger cutout for the bottom of the bottle. Once you figure this out, it goes together in minutes. I have noticed some buyers who have given bad reviews indicating that the bottles "fall through". Several have included pictures and they did indeed put them together WRONG. Simple attention to detail will make the difference and the bottles will rest SOLID! ... show more

I was a bit concerned at first that this was going to be too unstable as it does move a bit, side to side, after putting it together, less so once bottles are on it, but I don't think that is going to be an issue. Its sturdy, the parts lock in to each other well enough that I don't think it will come apart, and I liked it so much that I bought a second set to stack on top, and even at that height it is pretty stable. I like that its made from bamboo, and the pieces are pretty thick (at least the end pieces, the cross bars are a bit thinner) so I think it will be durable enough. The one drawback is that once put together, it is not easy to move since the parts are not screwed together. You can empty it and slide it or pick it up from the very bottom, possibly in smaller sections, but just a bit inconvenient, so build it where you want it! I love this product. Easy to assemble, sturdy, great organizer, versatile with the stacking options… my only gripe is I wish it fit champagne bottles. We line them up on the top row but I have to buy another rack for the rest of them.

This wine rack is very nice and super sturdy. Once you place bottles on it, it's even better. It is very well made and super easy to put together. No tools needed. The pieces are notched and fit into each other quite nicely. Each piece is very substantial! Nothing flimsy about it. It Holds different size bottles of red and white wines. They don't slide out. It has a built in catch in the notch in the wood to prevent bottles from sliding out. Because I placed it inside a cabinet, I was also able to lay the bottles of proseco (champagne like bottles) under it which was a big plus. It can also be added to which is a great feature. I spent hours on Amazon researching and I am so glad I decided on this one. I would buy it all over again. As a P.S. I very rarely write reviews. This wine rack is EXACTLY what I was looking for. In fact, it's even better. The rack was easily put together in a matter of minutes. The wood looks so beautiful! Be sure to assemble in the area you want to keep the rack, as it is difficult to move once the wine is stacked in it. Also, it would be a good idea to stack the wine from the bottom up...this aids in the sturdiness of the rack. I divvied my wine into three categories. Since we prefer whites and roses, we stacked our red wine on the bottom, rose wine in the middle, and white on the top. It's perfect...both functional and beautiful. ... show more

I ordered two of the 36 bottle racks, which arrived yesterday. I was impressed with how well the pieces fit together and how sturdy they seem (although I'm admittedly using them in 3-row sections, so they might be less sturdy in a tall stack). Larger bottles won't fit on the middle shelves, but will fit on the top shelf with an extra space. This isn't an issue for me because I don't have many larger bottles, and frankly all racks of this style seem to have that issue. One of the end pieces arrived with a small crack; I've reached out to the seller to see how they handle this, and will update the review with their response. Overall I'm very happy with the rack; at $0.87/bottle, the current price is unbeatable. If the manufacturer responds quickly to the piece that came cracked, I'll likely be purchasing a third rack. ... show more
