I got the 20in 14k 5mm. I have ordered 2 chains from Sarraf jewelry online and I hated them both. They would literally send me the wrong chain, I even paid for a 31gram weight chain and they would send a 19 gram. This on the other hand, Nura Gold, amazing! Quality is great, weight is as advertised. I love this chain, it also came in a nice jewelry box, I just didn’t show a picture. It was also packaged so safely I was very impressed. 24in. 5mm Diamond Cut Rope Chain. This is ridiculous! I bought this rope chain June 6th, got it delivered June 8th and now lobster clasp is freaking broken! I did try to use this damn clasp as little as possible by putting my head thru chain and avoid as much wear as possible and still failed after a month and 10 freaking days. We do pay a good amount of money for this chains, so I believe a good old lobster clasp that has been in the market for so many years should be the last of our worries. This chain is very well maid, finish and especially weight is spot on but c’mon NURAGOLD, get you’re stuff together and find a good chain lobster lock/lock supplier. This is my second NURAGOLD chain after a 24in. 4mm Diamond Cut Franco and hopefully not my last but, I will take my business somewhere else if NURAGOLD won’t stand behind their products.
