PLEASE READ THE REVIEWS AND BELIEVE THEM! I read the reviews but took a chance anyway. HUGE MISTAKE! I received the chain on Dec. 27, 2025 and gave it as a delayed Christmas gift on Dec. 31. On Jan. 15, 2026, about two weeks after receiving it, the chain broke as my adult grandson was putting it on. I requested a refund on Jan. 16. When all was said and done, they only refunded me 50%, attributing the breakage to wear and tear or frequent wear, and saying that the return was outside of their time limit and the ITEM WAS DAMAGED! Of course it was damaged - it broke - and it was not wear and tear, it was not frequent wear, and they were notified within the time limit. After several back and forths, they refused to refund the additional money. I have filed a complaint with Amazon about the refund and the company in general. With the number of broken chains, I don't believe they are solid gold as claimed, and I believe the company is scamming purchasers by selling an inferior product and retaining a portion of the money paid. I would not give any stars but could not give feedback without a star checked. Purchased this necklace, broke one week to the day of receipt. Returned it requesting a replacement, instead they send refund less a restocking fee. Per the refund/return process you must email them first and attach photos before shipping back which I did showing replacement checked. Now they tell me if I want a replacement they will send me a bill to repurchase it which basically was the return amount plus another restocking fee that was less than the restocking fee they withheld from my return. I would NOT recommend this necklace or company! ... show more

I've had this for a little over a month to hold my husband wedding ring (he passed away)... it just broke on me and I was going to get it repaired but to find out it is hollow and cheap so I had to use the wight of the gold 0.3gr to get a credit of $34. I bought a 20" and 22" chain, the 20" broke within a couple of weeks. Never wore the 22" because I was afraid it would break as well. They agreed to take these back but charged a 36.00 restocking fee for the 22". Not sure I saw that anywhere on the purchase slip. We should not be charged for poor merchandise.
