I would not give any stars but could not give feedback without a star checked. Purchased this necklace, broke one week to the day of receipt. Returned it requesting a replacement, instead they send refund less a restocking fee. Per the refund/return process you must email them first and attach photos before shipping back which I did showing replacement checked. Now they tell me if I want a replacement they will send me a bill to repurchase it which basically was the return amount plus another restocking fee that was less than the restocking fee they withheld from my return. Item arrived broken. Free returns is a lie! They make you pay to return the item. Communications are copy/paste and don't resolve the issue. I have bought TONS of jewelry off of Amazon and this was by far the worst experience. I paid over $150 for a broken necklace I cant wear and refuse to pay to return a defective product. Chain arrived and suited the purpose it was meant for, but after minimal wear, the chain started to unravel with sharp pieces of wire sticking out and eventually snapped. I would not recommend buying this.
