The color was true to the advertisement. Although, I was very disappointed in the dress when it arrived because the photo of these dresses show a young lady holding up a very wide and flowing dress. That was not so. I ordered two of the same style dresses because they were beautiful and perfect for my Mother’s Day trip to Tulum Mexico. When the first one came I loved it. The colors are beautiful just as advertised; but I was disappointed that it was more of an A line style. So I then decided to order another one, but made sure that I ordered this one being modeled in the photo. Showing just how wide it is. The flowers are so pretty with the black background of the fabric. Whom ever is making these dresses are falsely advertising the style of the dresses that you, Amazon, is sending to your customers. I spent a lot of money with Amazon preparing for my Trip, but I was sooo disappointed with one, then a second dress that was falsely represented in the photos of the models; when the actual dress was not even half the width shown in those photos. One of our event nights the mothers and daughters we’re supposed to wear long flowing dresses; but what I received were two pretty A LINE dresses - Not what I wanted.. I’m a long time customer, but really disappointed and I will rethink ordering dresses for a special occasion again. This is a very pretty dress. I am 5'10 - 315 pounds. I love long dresses and this was down to my ankles. I wore a slight heel and it was perfect. I purchased sizes 3x, 4x and 5x because I really wasn't sure which would fit. I have very large arms so I had to go with the 5x and the sleeves were still a little snug around the bicep area but it was doable. I have a lot of stomach and ass and this dress showed all of that..lol! There is not a lot of give so don't look for it to be stretchy. The dress is extremely sheer and I hated the white slip - so I cut it out. I was pressed for time but will be ordering a black full body slip to wear underneath for the next time. My biggest problem was the belt. It was extremely short. It barely went around my waist and there was only a small amount of fabric left to make a bow. I never looked at the length of the 3x or the 4x but if the dress is a 5x I would have expected a little more length. I received numerous compliments and I am definitely glad I made this purchase.

I haven't wore the product yet, but l tried it on. I love the colors and the flow of the dress. It's not as long as the look that it gives off in the photo but it works for me. The belt could be a little bit thicker, and definitely longer. There is no stretch. I dislike the fact that it's too large/big in the breast area. If you are not a DD or larger you have to make alterations to it before wearing, you will also need a camosole. I will write another review and post pictures when l decide to wear it. Edited post....Monday Sept. 5th.... This dress is everything 😍. I absolutely love the flow of it. I got so many likes and compliments on it yesterday (Sunday). It's still too large in the top but l altered it myself to make it work for me. I couldn't find a light pink camisole or a right color to bring out the dress, due to the colors being too dark; so l decided to do white. I had to rip out the slip that was attached to it and l purchased one to fit the size l am and the length. Overall the dress was a hit!

This dress doesn’t appear to be made out of the same material as what the model, in the pictures, appears to be wearing; her fabric appeared thicker. The fabric is very thin (my bra showed when I wore a color other than black) so if you don't want people seeing the color of your bra; black will be your best friend. Despite that, the dress is flowy which works perfectly for me. Another plus is that I’m 5’7 and the dress is long enough that it covers my feet completely when standing. My biggest complaint, and why I've given 3 stars, with this dress is that it wasn’t sewn very well. Upon receiving it, I feared putting it on and taking it off because I was afraid that the stitching would come apart at the seams. Once I got it on, I loved the way it looked on me but didn’t like that the fabric for the arms doesn’t stretch. I think the arms should have just a tad bit more room (my arms are big) especially since the size that I ordered was a 2X. The slip that is sewn into the dress is white, which makes it noticeable, isn’t of good quality, and wasn’t properly sewn inside of the dress. I had to take the dress to a seamstress to have the stitching, around the arms, shoulders, and waist, replaced with a more durable/stronger thread and add a better quality elastic band at the waist. The dress is pretty, I received tons of compliments, but it wasn’t sewn well and is of cheap quality. I strongly encourage buyers to hand wash the dress because I washed mine in the washing machine and it weakened the material even more. I would love to buy other dresses from this seller but my concern is that I'll most likely spend extra money, again, to take it to a seamstress for alterations.
