My foot has a painful bunion, and these sandals fall in just the right place to give good pain relief. They are very light, and the straps are easily adjusted for the best fit. The arch support is medium, but good enough for my needs. I like the high back on the heels to help keep my foot stable. The bottoms are SLIPPERY! I almost returned them immediately, but they felt so good on carpet. I had to be very careful on the tile floor. What fixed them, was sanding the bottoms with a light grit sandpaper. My husband did that for me, and there was immediate traction. Give the sandals a good rub on the grass or an outdoor carpet, as the black will come off for a few steps. I wore these for two short New England summers and they performed well. I really liked the overall fit and I too have wide feet and they worked fine for me. At the start of the third season, the strap pulled right out of the bottom on the left shoe. Junk. Really a shame as these should have lasted many more years! ... show more

They seem like low quality material. As others have said the even with ordering wide they are not very wide at all. What is worse is also have others have mentioned is there is no traction. Whatever material that was used for the sole was a very poor decision. Just skip these they are not good sandals. ... show more
