Got the pink ones for my 8 year old daughter for Christmas and absolutely adores them. We sized up so they can hopefully last til summer and they ended up fitting her perfectly. The lights are bright and were perfect for when the sun went down and she skated a little ahead. The shoe itself is made of good quality, She’s learned how to remove the wheels for indoors and to walk up the steps. The tool is small enough for a kid to learn to use, fit perfectly in my purse for when it was time to use. Plan on purchasing them again for her cousin to have a matching pair.

Unfortunately the gold is not the same as the models shown in the videos. This lead to a huge disappointment for my kid who saved up his money for these and found out by experience that you can’t turn off the lights, can’t charge them up (so they quit working with only a day of wear), and only come with one wheel on each. I don’t know why products don’t have to match all the videos/promotions. Of course this is in the description, but why not make a separate product listing if there are fundamental differences between “colors”?
