I watched a lot of reviews and liked what the NS buds offered. The charging case was small enough to fit easily into a pocket, felt great in the hand, and had a satisfying snap when it closed; a premium experience. The earbuds' charge lasted more than seven hours with occasional breaks playing music while I worked. I carry a Samsung Galaxy S9+ and had no trouble streaming Podbean, Pandora, Google Music, or Spotify. YouTube was a different beast. Every video had robotic audio. Most videos would stutter as well. Even if I paused the video to allow the audio to resync, ads would cause the glitch to reappear. When the audio played normally, I did not notice delays between video and audio sync. I don't make enough money to pay $50 without being completely satisfied, so I decided to return these and try a different pair of TWS.

I'm very happy so far. I have gone down to the gym with them. Stays put really well. They're pretty lightweight and fits well in my tiny ears. I usually have trouble and have a tough time getting earbuds to fit. So far so good. They seem to be sweatproof, so no issues there. I have been using them on and off for several days now, and only needed one charge. The base itself still doesn't need to be charged yet, just the buds. Noise-canceling is pretty good. I just sat in the room at a family get together this weekend with a bunch of kids running around, and I could barely hear them. Only the loudest shouts made it through. They were also super easy to pair. I had no trouble getting them to pair with my iMac and Samsung S10. Music playback is good. Phone calls are even better. I made a few calls and hubby says I sounded very clear and no different than normal. Looks good in my ear, and matches my earrings too. Glad I found these. Love them.

The headphones work great!... when they both work. There's two modes on the headphones, one that allows you to listen to both ear peices (Binaural Mode) and another that only functions the left ear peice (Monaural Mode). Both modes have their uses, but my headphones have gotten stuck on the monaural mode twice now. The first time I had no clue how I got it to fix itself and now I'm clueless again despite being a self-proclaimed tech savvy guy. Since this bug has happened to me and other reviewers, I can't say I reccomend the product. Oh! And good luck trying to contact a customer service number or email address to try and get the device troubleshooted. No where to be found. But, like I said when they work, they work great with quality sound for it's price

The first month was great. Sound quality was excellent. Hated that you had to have both out of the case to use. After only one month one earbud suddenly stopped working. Very disappointed.

This is the first pair of wireless earbuds I have purchased and I was pleasantly surprised. I researched various brands and price points and I wasn't ready to drop alot of money for my first pair. I wasn't familiar with Northside Solutions brand and was a bit apprehensive but I took a chance and I admit I was happily surprised with the quality and sound of these. The sound quality is great. I get just enough bass as to not muddy or over power the music. The size and fit was good, very comfortable to wear even for a few hours at a time. IPX7 waterproof rating, noise isolation, volume control on each earbud. They paired instantly with my phone and also with my laptop for gaming. So far, I feel I got a great deal on a decent pair of earbuds for a budget price.

I thought this would just be ok but it sounds even better than my earphones I bought for twice the price. However, the sound quality might be subjective. I am not a bass head and it has the bass but not overpowering. Pairing with my phone was very easy and it took only a minute. The case is well built and the battery lasts a long time. I did not run out of the battery during listening to music for usual over an hour. I have not tried it in the water yet but it is good to know that it is waterproof. Highly recommended, no complaints so far.

I watched some Utube videos about “top five earbuds” These were compared to many other top brands That were priced much higher. They do not have as many features as the more expensive brands. But the sound quality is very good, The ear buds fit comfortably in my ears and do not come out easy. I have purchased three!
