So this record stand is pretty fashionable. Heavy… seems easy enough to put together…. WRONG!!!! You will need multiple screw drivers, hammer, patience, strength and maybe even a drill. This was a huge pain in the butt to get together. I spent about 3 hours by myself assembling this….. over 17 pages of parts and just not for the average builder. Happy it’s put together cause it will look great for the space I bought it for…. If you’re looking for something simple do not buy this product!!!

I will agree with some other reviews that mentioned the assembly took forever… however, all the parts arrived in good condition and it looks great and feels sturdy now that I’ve assembled it. It’s the perfect height and size for what I wanted and has plenty of space for my little baby collection of vinyl. For the money it was a great buy. My pup approves too!

Assembly was pretty straight forward, taking about an hour in a small space, but I have noticed a number of small issues in my short time with the unit. Overall the build quality is sturdy and piece placement is very logical and seems to aid in the bracing of the unit. The colors are nice (I got the walnut) and the size of the unit is functional without being overwhelming (I got the double-width station). The drawer bottoms are quite flimsy and they flex very easily. I'll expect these to fail in short order. Also the drawers do not align square to the front of the unit because of where the holes are placed. It's rather minor but looking at other reviews it can range from hardly noticeable to obviously flawed. Mine are off by about 1/4 inch over the width of the drawer, nothing deal breaking for sure. That said, the drawers roll nice and close softly. I also wish the drawers were about 1/2 an inch taller so they could store CD cases which would make this a true listening station. The biggest issue I have are the flimsy dividers at the bottom for records. They just barely sit in the holes and even with pressing and coaxing just hardly stay in and are not sturdy at all, also noted in many other reviews. I may either glue them in place or remove them entirely. They would probably be fine for a small number of records but nothing substantial. The bottom of the unit has embedded nuts to strengthen the mounting for the legs. Something like this for the dividers would help tremendously. I'm still glad that I got the unit while it was on sale but I'd probably give it 3 stars if bought at full retail price.

Been looking for a piece of furniture for our turntable with specific dimensions and this fit the bill! We have an area in our living space and this fit perfectly. It looks great and we are very happy with it. You do need to put it together and it took my husband and I a little over two hours to assemble, but then we did not rush through the process. All the pieces and parts needed were in the package. The only problem was the top was damaged, there was an 8-inch long crack on the top which was visible. I called the number on the product assembly manual and explained the issue. They were more than helpful! I called on a Friday and we had a new top piece that following Thursday. We did assemble the entire product and just removed the damaged top and replaced with new one. Highly recommend this product, not only because it looks great, but the customer service was outstanding!!

This record stand was honestly better than expected! It’s pretty sturdy and was a great deal! I got it on sale for less than $100. It can hold a tonnnn of records, and I love that it has drawers for miscellaneous items. It is a teensy bit darker in color than I expected, but overall I still love it! I did see some reviews talking about some damage to the pieces when they opened the package, but luckily mine didn’t have any damage whatsoever. It took me about an hour and a half to assemble, and directions were surprisingly easy to follow! Would definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a record stand!

This is the second piece we’ve bought. Easy to put together with easy to read instructions. looks amazing and holds plenty of vinyl records. Sturdy and holds plenty of items while still being lightweight to move. Highly recommend!!

Bought this for my Son (newly obsessed with vinyl records). Took me a good 4 and a half hours to assemble (at a leisurely pace...probably could have cut that time in half if I'd just focused on the assembly and nothing else). I will say up front I HATE cam locks. They're made of cheap porous metal and will break if not careful. I've assembled dozens of furniture pieces with these cams. They are molded cheaply and quickly which can cause the cams to either have flaws (burrs that get in the way of locking capabilities) or they're not fully molded, so the cams are more rounded in areas and the cams do-not-lock. I have a gorgeous desk assembled with these cams. I love this desk, but every three to four weeks I have to lay under the desk with a flashlight - open one of the drawers and reach up into a corner with a screw driver to re-tighten the one cam that comes loose on it's own. If I don't tighten it (over half a turn - the cam bolt loosens almost completely out of the cam) the whole drawer section will sag in the middle. Eventually this is going to break, but I've managed to remember to tighten it every month for the last 6 years so... Aside from the cams and the occasional cam bolt splitting the cheap pressed board material during assembly (hidden/unseen when finished - so that helps), and the metal wires that hold the records (also not fully molded - so they pop up/wont stay in on a few of the holes that they insert into - or - they are melted on the ends/not cured well enough, so they are big blobs that wont fit into the holes they are supposed to go into), I'm happy with the purchase (about 135.00 w/tax). A little more R&D at the Factory and this could be a perfect piece. I still give it 5 stars - as it truly is a beautiful design and looks amazing when complete.
