  • These boots are great.
Size: 14 Color: Black
I'm buying these boots for the third time. The previous 2 pairs both lasted about a little under 2 years. I work in power line clearance tree trimming. Mostly in the bucket in the air, but a fair share of ground work comes with the job. I originally bought them for a Michael Myers halloween costume. Then my regular pair of boots had an accident and got ruined. I still had these and I was gonna wear them until I came across a better pair, but they held up so good and we're so comfortable that I decided paying $60 or so every couple years was a good deal. Can't say enough about the comfort and lightweight advantages of these boots. To be fair, I let the boots go for a decent bit longer than most people in the labor force. But you'll definitely get a solid year and a couple months out of them before you'd need to replace them. ... show more

  • So far I'm very happy with these boots (with 1 year review)
Size: 12 Wide Color: Black
Let's get one thing straight right from the beginning. There are NOT high quality boots. They are cheaply made, but that's ok because at $60 they're cheaply priced. I knew what I paid for these, and that set the bar for my expectations: I'm not judging these boots to the same standard that I use for my $200 work boots that I buy locally. Ok, now for my first impressions (I will update this review in a couple months): Construction is 99% glued, not stitched - expected for an inexpensive boot. I normally wear a 12 wide, and that's what I ordered. These fit really nicely right out of the box. I mean, *really* nicely. They fit like boots that have been worn in for a week first time I put them on. That's a really big plus for me because on most boots (regardless of price) they just aren't wide enough and squeeze the balls of my feet until the leather stretches. The support is pretty good, though I replaced the foam rubber insole with a better one right away. This isn't because of any problem with the originals, I do that with every shoe I buy. Arount the ankles they are comfortable and supportive as you'd expect from an 8" boot and don't show any manufacturing defects that could dig into the skin or anything, so again, high marks there for a boot at this price point. The lowers have a reasonable tread, and after one light shift at work, I didn't have any problems with traction or slipping. They are not the cheap 'dense foam rubber' that some boot bottoms are made with, they feel like 'real' rubber, if that makes any sense. Again, pretty good for a $60 pair of boots. The side zipper has functioned well so far, but it feels kinda light duty. Gut feel, I think this will be the first thing to go, but there are no problems with them right now, so we'll see. Under the zipper is a web of light pleather material, I assume to help with water resistance. I though it would dig in and be uncomfortable once I tightened the laces, it it has actually been fine. So once again, very good for an inexpensive boot. So overall, I give these boots very high marks. I'm really happy with the fit and function after a day and a half. Five stars. I will edit this review if these boots fail or have any significant issues within six months, I think that's a fair life expectancy for them. If thay last longer than that I'de consider it icing on the cake, and I'd probably buy them again if they do. Edit one year later: Ok, so bottom line is that these boots need replacing. But for me that's not bad. I destroy all my work boots in about a year or so. But here's the important part... THEY AREN'T FALLING APART. Don't laugh... I've had some very expensive (comparatively) boots come out of a year's use in much worse shape. The leather usually seperates from the bottom near my little toe but these boots are still holding tight!. The side zipper that I though would go first is still going strong and the pleather flap behind the zipper is still fine. The tread has held up...hmmmmm... moderately well, there's still good tread left, but it has worn to be sure. They don't look so hot anymore, they're streatched and pulled, have some wrinkles in the leather, but compared to most boots after 1 year on my feet, these are doing great. 100% I will be buying these again; but maybe I can get another month or two out of them... ... show more

  • Good Fit!
Size: 10.5 Color: Black-a
This product is a great fit, for everyday field environment. I am an active 15 year law enforcement veteran, and for the first time ever I didn't have to spend over $150 for a decent pair of boots. The shoe is light weight, and has great arch support and soul comfortability. And the side zipper comes in great when taking your shoe off and on. It looks great with my uniform, and I've been asked if they were the five people...🤣 If you are on a budget such as myself, I recommend this product 100%. This is only week one since I have been wearing them. I'll give an update after 30 days. Great job team, and I will be recommending you to the rest of my partners! 💯 ... show more

  • Durable and water resistant.
Size: 10.5 Color: Brown
These boots are comfortable and I’ve worn them everyday since I took delivery, stains from gas and a drip from an oil change brushed right off. The convenient zipper on the side gives you fast on and off access without compromising water resistance. Great boots, and I’m hard on them!!! Feel free to ask questions. I’ll do another review at 3 months. ... show more

  • Not the quality I was looking for.
Size: 10.5 Wide Color: Black
Kinda get what you're paying for with this. They're not waterproof nor are they slip resistant. The inner part of the boot that covers the heel of the foot is already worn out after about three months. Stitching looks very cheap and is already worn. Apart from the boots being fairly comfortable, there isn't much else good to say about them. Personally, I won't be purchasing them again. ... show more

  • Cheap boot that are acually decent
Size: 8.5 Wide Color: Sand-a
These boots are cheap but I love them. As soon as I put them on they were comfortable. I have wide feet and I ordered wide and they didn't dissapoint. Now that they are fully broken in they are even better. I hike in them all the time. The only complaint is I still have to lace them up every time I put them on. The zipper is nice and they are easy to take off but you have to re lace them every time you put them on. No biggie. I love these. ... show more

  • Good boot for the money
Size: 13 Wide Color: Sand-a
The size fits well I am 12.5 Wide and ordered 13 W. My only issue is they could breathe better. They were in 70-degree weather and they were a little warm. Solid and sole is heavier than most lower priced boots. We will see how they hold up.
