Well-made, inexpensive athletic shoes - nothing fancy and no space age materials but an excellent value overall. Synthetic upper is a mix of a standard mesh tennis shoe material with a hard plastic overlay - sturdy but an unusual material choice for an athletic shoe. The midsole is very, very thick foam - not as dense as a premium brand shoe but still firm enough to provide support. The outsole has small patches of rubber at contact points in a contrasting green color - again, an unusual design, but at least made with a nice grippy rubber. Insole isn't especially comfortable or uncomfortable - it's supportive and well-cushioned but a little short on arch support. Now if someone were trying to charge me $80 for these I'd complain more about the quality, but for the price these shoes are better than I'd expect. I've spent a lot more money on worse shoes.

Really comfortable! I usually get size 11, but I like a wide toe box. Ordered 11.5 and they fit perfectly. Heel does not slip, toes are not squeezed nor too loose, and arch support is surprisingly good! I use custom orthotics in all shoes. Even without the custom inserts, these shoes support my arch way beyond my expectation. The inner sole is removable and does provide needed room for my orthotics, so if the shoe support breaks down prematurely, I will still use them with my custom inserts. No stitching mistakes or bad molds all around this shoe. Lots of Mesh areas for good ventilation, sole is thicker than most, but these are almost as comfortable as my H*k*s. And they're less than half the price. Weird looking 'indented' heel back (see the photo), but doesn't make any discernable difference in the walking/striding experience. I am not a runner, but these seemed much too bouncy for a serious runner. And fit is almost too comfortable. I walked a few miles in them last night - my usual stroll - and no problems whatsoever. I really like the fit and walk of these new shoes: I hope they last as long as my other walking shoes have. No leather, all synthetic. But mesh makes for adequate cooling. Recommended.

These athletic/casual shoes are very comfortable right out of the box, and lightweight enough to wear all day. I didn't find them overly hot for our hot, humid summer weather, in fact less so than many other close-toed shoes, and the sole is very soft and cushiony for walking. The laces are rather stiff and I was afraid they might not stay tied well, but it hasn't been an issue. The sole is thick - you'll gain about an inch or a bit over in height - but it should absorb shock well for you runners. I think they look nice, but you may feel they look like old person shoes; that's okay for me, because I'm an old person! I normally wear an 11, but order 11.5 generally on Amazon because I've found the shoes often run a little small. The color I wanted was not available in an 11.5, so I took a chance on getting a size 12, and it will be fine since it's a lace-up. It may have been a bit too big if it was a slip-on, but as is it is very comfortable and no slop in the fit.

These look like Hokas but without the $150 plus price tag. I usually wear a 9-9.5 but ordered the size 10. There's about a 1/2 off the toe of room even when wearing thick socks. The support around is heal is nice and snug without pinching. The upper material is light weight. I like the double layered rubber material above the toe area that reinforces the fabric. This will prevent tears from forming like on my nikes and addidas joggers. As for the cushion, it really feels like I'm walking on marshmellows with a bounce and spring in my step. I can really feel it when walking on the sidewalk pavement. I actually look forward to my morning walks around the park. Comparing them to my dad's size 10 Hokas, thsese shoes look like they run a 1/2 size larger. They're really not that much different from the Hokas. Maybe just less design and layered material in the upper portion of the shoe. These shoes are well made and very light. Great product. Great value for the price listed.

Normally wouldn’t buy these, but appearing to be HOKA knockoffs, was curious to see how these compared. The midsole on these clearly copies the Bondi 8, while I’m not sure what/if the upper copies anything. Compared to actual HOKAs, these: - have uppers that aren’t as breathable - feel very cushy, but maybe ~75% as cushy as my HOKAs. Not sure if it’s due to a different foam and/or the insole. - seem to have a decent build quality - fit feeling true to size, maybe a smidge on the narrow side in the midfoot - in size 9.5’s weigh 11 oz (311 g) each. (with a 0.1oz / 1g difference), same published weight as the Bondi 8’s (not sure what size) - Also have a high stack, but are still stable - Are currently about 1/3 the MSRP of Bondi 8’s
